I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN ALL THE RACES SO FAR THAT ARE ORGANIZED AT GUCEVo, AND THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST SO FAR!
According to the plan in April, but due to the situation with Covid-19 Gučevo Challenger was held last weekend in Banja Koviljača.
Although Corona disrupted everything again, the organizer decided to keep the race going. Over 70 drivers were at the start on Saturday at 11am. Temperatures over 30c and high humidity in the forest made the demanding route even more difficult.

Due to bad weather a few days before the race, the track was cut and this time it was driven without the help of GPS, and it is not enough to say that the marking of the route itself was excellent.
On Saturday, the drivers had a 33km route, while the Sunday route was twice as long and definitely more demanding. The route alternated between uphills, trails, downhills and many creeks that even the organizers of RBRomaniacs would envy.
One novelty was introduced, which was well accepted by the drivers. At the finish line on Sunday, the B-Veteran class had the option to conquer the last uphill, which would bring them -10 minutes if they were successful, or +5 minutes if after two attempts they would not be able to conquer it. If the driver decides not to try, his driving time does not change.
Final ranking after two days of driving:

3. Milos Zivkovic (SRB)

We asked the winner of the A class, Vlade Milutinović, to share his impressions of the weekend in Gučevo.
Vlade, you have a lot of races behind you. What are your impressions from this year’s Gucevo Challenger?
I have participated in all the races organized so far on Gučevo, and this one is definitely the best so far!
The organization is great, the markings are perfect, and what I liked the most was that between difficult sections you have enough time to rest, a perfectly balanced route.
This is your second race with the Husqvarna TE300i 2020, tell us did it meet your expectations?
Yes, my first race at Husqvarna was at Divčibare, but a terrain like this in Loznica suits me much better because I did the first kilometers in hard enduro on a similar terrain.
I am more than satisfied with the Husky, and it seems that this terrain was suitable for him as well as for me 😊
Are we expecting you on September 13 at the start of Trace Badgers in Raska?
As for Raska, last year I had bad luck in the race, but I still managed to finish. The trail was perfect and I can’t wait to see what they have in store for this year!
Of course, see you on September 13 in Raska!
Thank you Vlade! Balkan Hard Enduro wishes you a successful continuation of the season and more podiums. See you at the start!
