There is a month left until the 6th edition of the hard enduro race Gucevo Challenger.
Preparations have been underway for a long time, so we asked the organizer what we can expect at Gucevo this year.
Hi Zoki. Last year, in the opinion of the driver, was the best edition of the Gucevo Challenger so far, can we expect an equally good race and fun this year?
Thank you, it was a really great race, so this year we will continue with the same practice, raising the quality of the race to another level.

Will there be a change in the track compared to last year?
Yes, of course, there will be new not driven parts of the route, and the news is that this year we will include the C class, which drives a completely new route and scores points for the Serbian championship, as well as classes A, B and Veteran.
Last year, due to the situation with Covid, unfortunately there was no prologue, which is what this race is known for. We have learned from reliable sources that this year’s prologue will be like never before, is that correct?
That’s right, last year, because of Covid, it didn’t allow us a prologue by which we are recognizable in one word, let’s make it world-wide 😊 This year, the prologue will be even better than before, of course, if the epidemiological situation allows.

Applications are already well underway, in addition to domestic drivers, do you expect drivers from other countries?
Yes, we expect competitors from several countries, in fact the number of foreign drivers who have already applied for the Gucevo Challanger 2021 is enviable.
In the end, what would you say to the competitors who are hesitant to try Gucevo?
I would tell the drivers not to miss the challenge of Gucevo.
New parts of the trail, beautiful nature as well as Banja Koviljaca itself make the race and experience at a high level.
See you at the start on April 24th!

Let’s remind. The prologue will start on Saturday, April 24, in the center of Banja Koviljaca.
After the prologue and the prologue race, the race is moved to the forest, and it is driven about 30 km.
On the second day of the competition, on Sunday, April 25, drivers will have about 60 km of challenges on the mountain Gucevo. You can see more details about the race, as well as the application at Gucevo Challenger 6.
See you at the start!
